Fabrication & Painting
AGNI INSTRUMENTS has highly advanced and appropriately designed manufacturing facilities equipped with state-of-the-art machinery from all over the world. All switch gears & raw material are directly procured from the manufacturers for quality, genuineness & service backup. Our manufacturing unit in Delhi has a floor space of 13000 sq. feet. AGNI INSTRUMENTS supports households of 100 plus employees comprising of engineers, technical associates and executives. The facility can boast of the Best Machinery for Computer aided design & manufacturing Fabrication facilities from renowned industrial houses. Excellent Epoxy Power Coating Painting facility, an Assembly shop equipped with multiple Hydraulic Bus Bar Cutting and bending machines. Liberally spaced Assembly and Wiring shops enhance the production capacity. AGNI INSTRUMENTS can boast of its world-class automated Camelback Epoxy powder coating plant spread over 4,000 sq feet with nine spray tanks for pre-treatment of steel. Pre-treatment is done through Hot Phosphate Process with Online Temperature Monitoring of Degreasing, Phosphating, and Passivation tanks. The fully conveyorized Camelback plant with the best in the world GEMA Electrostatic Guns for Powder Coating from Switzerland ensure perfection through out the process. Separate Paint Booth and heavy duty drying and painting ovens are used to bake the powder at a consistent 200 degree Celsius for more than 30 minutes. Oven Calibration at regular intervals ensures consistency.
