The AGNI Thermal Rate of Rise Cum Fixed Temperature Detector is a precision-engineered intelligent heat detector designed to provide early fire warning by continuously monitoring temperature variations.
By combining rate-of-rise detection with a fixed temperature threshold, these detectors are not suitable. It communicates digitally with compatible AGNI fire alarm control panels and supports auto addressing for easy system configuration.

How does the Agni Veiga Thermal Detector Operate?
1. Continuous Temperature Sensing
The detector continuously monitors the surrounding air temperature using its built-in thermal sensing element.
2. Temperature Pattern Analysis
It analyzes both the rate of temperature rise and the absolute temperature value in real time.
3. Rate-of-Rise Detection
If the temperature increases rapidly at 7°C–10°C per minute, the detector identifies a fire condition and prepares to trigger an alarm.
4. Fixed Temperature Detection
If the temperature rises slowly and reaches approximately 57°C, the detector activates the alarm based on the fixed temperature threshold.
5. Alarm Signalling & Visual Indication
Once an alarm condition is confirmed, the detector sends its addressed digital signal to the control panel and activates 360° LED indication.
6. System Activation & Reset
The fire alarm control panel triggers alarms and safety responses. After the event is cleared, the detector resets and resumes normal monitoring.
