The Agni SSJ-FT-905-B is a wall-mounted fire fighter jack plate for buildings with a firefighter’s telephone system. Firefighters plug a handset into it in a corridor, stairwell or lift lobby and speak directly to the fire control room.

A firefighter telephone jack is the fixed end of a fire telephone system. The Agni plate is the socket that stays on the wall at every key point in the building. The portable handset stays with the fire team, and the jack gives it a supervised route back to the control room.
The plate is cut from 18 SWG, 304 grade stainless steel with a bright brushed finish, so it stays readable and corrosion resistant in public corridors. Installed across high-rise buildings, malls, hospitals and industrial sites, it forms the field side of the FFTS-900 Series EVCS, our fireman communication system for emergency calls. A similar SSJ-FT-904-A variant is also available.

Each jack is a remote firefighter phone jack point: a socket on the wall that leads back to the control room. Around it sit the other parts a firefighter needs: the handset, and the jack plate in the material and size your project calls for. All three jack plates share the same electrical specification, so you choose between them by material, plate size and finish.

The Agni AGNI-SSJ-FT-905-B is a brushed stainless steel fire telephone jack that gives firefighters a fixed plug-in point on every floor. Connect an FFTH-901 handset and you are in two-way contact with the fire control room.
304 stainless steel jack plate
Made from 18 swg, 304 grade corrosion-resistant steel with a brushed finish. It is durable and easy to spot on the wall.
Supervised plug-and-talk activation
Plugging in the handset triggers the circuit, and the monitor module reports the jack's ID or location to the fire alarm system. A 10k end-of-line resistor and Class B wiring watch for open and short faults.
Works with the FFTS-900 Series EVCS
It gives duplex two-way communication once the control room presses "Call Accept". It connects through a monitor module the datasheet says is compatible with any brand.

The jack is wired to a monitor module. When a handset plug is inserted, the module detects the input and sends its ID or location to the fire alarm system. The operator presses Call Accept on the FFTS-900 Series EVCS panel to open two-way communication.

The circuit is monitored for DC current open and short fault. A 10k, 1/4 W end-of-line resistor is removed from the panel and fitted in the female jack, on Class B wiring.
